When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Jilimm is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Jilimm will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Jilimm may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents may include a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
Jilimm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at Jilimm's discretion with reasonable notice to players.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a payment method not registered in your name may be confiscated and your account may be suspended pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Jilimm reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, Jilimm may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Jilimm platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Jilimm platform without prior written consent from Jilimm.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jilimm, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
Jilimm's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Jilimm account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Jilimm does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and internet connection are secure and suitable for accessing the platform.
Jilimm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, Jilimm reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
You may close your Jilimm account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you after applicable verification checks, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts. Any account found to have been created in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

In the event of a dispute between you and Jilimm, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Jilimm's support team. Jilimm will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution of the dispute.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent Jilimm from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
Jilimm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Jilimm will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.
Your continued use of the Jilimm platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
